A brief quiestionaire assessing the effectivness of the COVID 19 Daily Health Screening that is administered to SUNY Geneseo students on or near campus.

HI! Thank you for choosing to complete this survey. We are a group of students from a Marketing Research class and our goal is to test the effectiveness of the Daily Health Screening administered to students. We are not affiliated with the SUNY Geneseo health center. Your answers will be kept confidential. This survey will only take 5-10 minutes to complete.
